Al-Qaeda vows to hit China over Uighur unrest
I chanced upon this news article title on Yahoo! Singapore and I got interested immediately. I clicked to read the article (which, on the whole was super boring) but the first line got my attention:
Al-Qaeda is threatening for the first time to attack Chinese interests overseas in retaliation for the deaths of Muslims in the restive region of Xinjiang, according to a risk analysis group.
LOL! That's the first thing I really wanna see on TV, even much more than how much our economy is recovering. I know I would have to take responsibility for whatever I am typing here, but it goes to show that terrorism does not distinguish between races (whether you are Caucasian or Chinese) and that it's time China did something to protect themselves against terrorism. It's a call to China, that China is not spared from attacks by Al-Qaeda, and it's time for you to flash out your nuclear weapons (if you have any) and have a show-down with Al-Qaeda.
I can't wait.
