Facebook Fortune Cookie

Today was fantastic. Med Chem lab ended super early because it was only 4 or 5 pages of instructions. So Sok Hiang and I had an early lunch.

I tried not to sleep in Dosage Form Design by chewing gum. It works! I'm amazed. Now I know why Naren chews gum like 70% of the time. Haha. I thought to myself, "I would buy some more gums" but I forgot! I entered the phamacy, but after I got my Fastum gel (and upset at the fact that Melinda didn't recognise me after I helped her with the stock taking although it was many weeks ago), I forgot to ask for gum! Dumb me. Now I have no gum to last me through lectures.

Anyway, I continued with my shopping and I saw this really pretty pair of shoes. I wish I had my salary with me so I could buy it!!!! It came in colours of white, black, beige and gold. I searched for size 9 and found it, so I tried it, and it fitted! My foot looked pretty in them too. But what's the point of being so hyped up? I couldn't buy them. =(

I went back home and I tried my very best not to sleep. I didn't sleep, but I was so tired out that by 1.30 am, I couldn't continue on with my research anymore and slept. It's my first time in many weeks that I've turned in at 1.30 am. Anyway, I woke up at 3 am to shut down my laptop.

I went on to Facebook (as usual) and took my daily fortune cookie message. Do you have any idea how shocked I was when I got my reading? It said that "As the purse is emptied, the heart is filled." OMG! How did it know what I just placed an order for Dong Bang Shin Ki's latest DVD collection? And $80 is gone just like that. I wonder, till now, whether I should regret sending out the order form or not.

Oh well. Hope my heart would be filled when the DVD comes in!
