Don't comment so much
Today was a quite okay day. I turned down Christiana's offer to go out in the afternoon so that I could accompany my mum for some grocery shopping. Not that I am complaining or anything, because I felt that I had sort of neglected her throughout my June Holidays and during the Summer Test week.
Of course, I bought lots of grocery which my mum hadn't intended to buy. And I saw somebody that I hadn't intended to meet.
My Seconday One, Three and Four Chinese teacher, Mdm Zhang Hong Shi.
This was the first time I saw her after she left for pregnancy leave, way earlier that my graduation day, a.k.a. last day of school.
She had given birth to a girl. I'm kind of happy for her, since she looks kind of blissful with her husband and child.
I didn't see her at first, but I heard her calling out my name. Of course, I was shocked. Thus, I could only mutter out a "Teacher". It seemed so inappropriate of me, man. Of course, she asked where I am in now, I said Innova. She didn't sound too pleased, of course. Neither of the teachers in my secondary school was pleased that I went to IJC. I feel so disgusted with myself.
And then she ignored me. Of course, in the past, we were never the best of teacher-student relationships, thus what we had was just something short of fake.
However, the thing came when the bus stopped at the bus-stop. Her baby was on a pram, and yet when she got up the bus, she didn't carry her baby and fold the pram and get on the bus, which she is, by right, supposed to do.
The bus was kind of crammed as well. Passengers still gave way to her pram, and with much difficulty, she finally got into the middle of the bus. The driver was originally smiling, because he had to, but after she passed by him, he remarked, "How could she.. do this."
Well, maybe she should have folded the pram, maybe she indeed caused a lot of inconvenience, however, based on the fact that she was once my teacher, I think I still show her some respect and thus I won't comment too much about it.
But... it doesn't mean that this issue is settled, though.
