Nothing (aka, no links) here is finalised yet! I'm still trying them out.
Here is the place where I'll store my dramas. Till the time I buy my external hard disk. First drama up, is "The Winter Melon Story", a Hong Kong drama.
Links for each episode are provided, and currently they are being uploaded to Megaupload. For instructions on how to download from Megaupload, refer to
"faq".
Anything you want to display here. Banners, buttons...? Etc.

Y Outing II
That previous post was before the Y Outing took place.
So now it's during the Y Outing.
I just saw Kenneth post some photos on his blog, so maybe I can do that as well. Hmm... When I have the time la.
Well, when Wong Hui Min, Mary and I reached YCK MINDS, we were already late. Cos I just asked Hui Min to go and buy some butter (which Kenneth forgot to bring) and mayonnaise (which Kenneth forgot to buy). She was already carrying a lot of things la. And she lives in Yishun you know. I feel so bad.
Before the three of us set off, I told Chee Hoe to bring the others (some guy I don't know. Jie Sheng, Jade, Kai Yuan, Yi San) to go ahead first cos Ms Claire Wong was about to scold us. So they set off.
When we set off, we asked the bus driver to inform us to get off when he reaches MINDS. But the uncle said he didn't know the way!!!! So we had to rely on our sixth sense (cos we were chartered there every time, and it's Mary's first time there). And know what? We got it correct! All thanks to Hui Min.
Then we were told that Chee Hoe's group overshot the bus stop. So they were terribly late.
Then we proceeded to making the sandwiches. Ms Wong's and Kenneth's face turned somewhat like disgust when they tasted Jie Sheng's Bandung. I tried it too during the picnic. Yuck. I downed a few hundred milli-litres of water.
They had fun making sandwiches. But then, I didn't dare eat them. I still needed time to let myself let down my guard towards their hygiene. Erm, I mean, not that they are unhygienic, but when it comes to food, I still needed time to trust them. It's not as easy as compared to the social workers who worked there and were bonded to them as though they were friends and their own family... It'll be much easier to reassure oneself to eat the food.
But of cos, they liked their own hand-made sandwiches.
We flew kites and played soccer. We, as in the volunteers. It's almost as if we left them out. That was the part which I really regretted. I don't know how to fly kites, but then when I saw Pamela holding own to the kite that was flying really high, I wanted to try and hold it. Mary too. So we took turns to hold the string....
Until when I felt the string slipping away from my fingers and away the kite flew!!! Mary and I chased the kite like shit, I ran as fast as I could, and Mary was slower than me because her wallet was in her jeans and her jeans kept threatening to drop down. Haiz.
During the chase, I felt like jumping on the string, like cartoons would on some simple things. Like a cat on a rat. But then, I decided that it was really silly and didn't do so. Instead, I reached out my foot and stepped on the string.
The string got stuck in the tree. Hence when we pulled the string back to the place where we sat, the string was really flying low. Mary wasn't interested anymore. I stayed by the kite. It's all my fault... LOL. Then Yi San came along.
I told him about the string and he told me to wind the thread about the black thing which is used to hold the thread (ok, I don't know what that thing is called) while he pulls the string closer and closer to us. And I don't know how much time I spent on threading the string la. I just threaded and threaded and threaded. Until the string broke by Yi San's pulling. So I tied back the 2 pices of string. I wonder how many rolls of string they used to fly the kite. Boon Siang is really good at flying kites man.
So Yi San pulled the kite more, until it got stuck instead in the tree. I was like, You made it worse! But he tugged further. The kite fell out of that highest branch and dropped and got stuck at another lower branch. I was like, maybe we should give up.... But then he continued tugging and pulling until the kite fell down onto the ground.
With no damage done AT ALL. Oh man, he's really good at it.
So I have to continue threading the string while he tried to fly the kite. Haiz. We both gave up anyway. We aren't that skilled at flying kites (I never flew kites before).
And then soon we had to pack up and go home....
Part III coming up!!!

Any advice, anything to talk about? Don't seal it up. Just let it all out here! (:
