A Letter from IJC to Parents AGAIN
This is like, the third time I opened the mailbox, saw a letter from IJC addressed to my parents. I wonder why they have to spend so much money on stamps. It's like, 23 cents per letter. 3 letters cost 69 cents. 600 over students... You do your math. In addition to all the printing, envelopes and paper... Argh. Let's go on to the contents on the letter.

Parent-Teacher Meeting 2006
Innova Junior College aims to forge strong ties and work with parents to develop the child to his fullest potential. In order to establish good communication channels with parents, we are organising a Parent-Teacher Meeting on 29 July 2006 (Saturday) from 2 pm to 5 pm. This is to allow parents to meet up with the Civics and Subject Tutors to discuss their child's academic and overall development in the college.
If you would like to meet your child's Civics tutor, please indicate a preferred time slot from 4 pm to 5 pm. We appreciate that parents keep to the indicated time slot as we will be meeting a large number of parents.
There will be light refreshments provided during the event and parents can take the opportunity to network with one another and with the college staff.
Please complete and return the acknowledgement form to the Civics Tutor via your child/ward by Tuesday, 25 July 2006.

Haiz. Why does IJC keep sending letters to the mailbox directly, instead of through us? It makes me feel as if we are not responsible or trustworthy enough to pass on the message. I'm kinda sure that people (like me) will somehow intercept the letter before it reaches the parents. Anyway, where did all the money come from? Don't tell me it's from the money we raised for air-conditioning the hall. That's cheat and mis-use of funds.
Which do you think I'll tick? My dad is working, my mum would never go for it. I don't want them to go for it anyway.
