But do remember to say thanks!
Nothing (aka, no links) here is finalised yet! I'm still trying them out.
Here is the place where I'll store my dramas. Till the time I buy my external hard disk. First drama up, is "The Winter Melon Story", a Hong Kong drama.
Links for each episode are provided, and currently they are being uploaded to Megaupload. For instructions on how to download from Megaupload, refer to
"faq".
Anything you want to display here. Banners, buttons...? Etc.
I've started writing, so why don't you start reading?

My Honey Chicken
I simply enjoy cooking. You know what I did? I looked up Knorr's Chicken Stock Cubes' recipes and decided to make Honey Chicken.
First, use the stock powder to marinate the chicken pieces of 500g for 10 minutes. Erm, I used 1kg of chicken drumlets. So I gotta use 2 cubes. I marinated for more than 10 minutes... Kinda salty man.
Then, deep fry the marinated chicken after dipping into corn flour. I was out buying groceries, time was running out, so Mum fried it for me.
Then, make the sauce. In teaspoons, ratio of honey to corn flour to chicken stock powder to water is 1:1:1:4. I was so worried that the sauce wasn't enough, so I multiplied all amounts by 4, and increased honey fraction to 5.5.
Then, pour the sauce into the wok, cook until it thickens.
Then, pour the drumlets into the sauce and stir-fry for a while before serving.
Easy, man!
