Nothing (aka, no links) here is finalised yet! I'm still trying them out.
Here is the place where I'll store my dramas. Till the time I buy my external hard disk. First drama up, is "The Winter Melon Story", a Hong Kong drama.
Links for each episode are provided, and currently they are being uploaded to Megaupload. For instructions on how to download from Megaupload, refer to
"faq".
Anything you want to display here. Banners, buttons...? Etc.
I've started writing, so why don't you start reading?

iBCS Meeting
I was supposed to have that meeting last Thursday, at 2 p.m..
Then Xiao Wei messaged me to say that it has been postponed to TODAY, 21st Nov 2005, Monday, at 8.30 a.m. at the Media Lab, N1-2.
Of course I went for it. Because I wanted to prove a fallacy.
Erm, Mr. Tharman said that students who take their studies seriously are usually the same people who take their CCAs seriously. And those who have no interest in their CCAs too have no interest in their academic studies. Therefore, parents cannot appeal to the MOE to exception-ise their academically-poor-performing kids from CCAs.
Ok, so I went for the meeting. The iBCS is made up of the Chinese and English team. I am from the Chinese side. And the whole of the Chinese team is made up of at least 8 people, including myself. And the leader of the Chinese side is also the vice-leader of the whole iBCS.
Get the picture? Good.
As I was saying, only I, me, the only "obedient" soul from the Chinese department went for the meeting. Do you know how I felt? I felt like cursing and swearing la. Why should I be the only person to go? It doesn't mean that I should go because my house is less than a kilometre away from the College. It doesn't mean that I can be used by you guys from the idiotic Chinese department because you warned me with "it's compulsory unless you have valid reasons" in your free SMS. And how much does your ONE SMS cost anyway?
The meeting wasted my time. Seriously. They talked about the Open House of IJC, which I wouldn't be present, because I have a Physics competition on that day.
They gave out our iBCS CCA T-shirt, which I already had on Thursday.
They wanted to collect outstanding funds, which I already paid before Promos even started.
They wanted to schedule us for CCA Open house duty, which I already won't be participating.
The only useful part was that they gave us the dates we had to attend the courses. I was free on the 3 dates and hence I needn't be present to object to it.
And that we have to set a day for Podcasting session. Which I also have no objections because I'm practically free everyday.
And I also have the task of disseminating information to the Chinese Department because I am the only person there.
And back to the fallacy.
Does it mean that since I am the only one of the eight people from iBCS Chinese Department to attend the meeting, so I am serious in my academics? Correct.
Does it also mean that in IJC, only 1 out of 8 students take their CCAs seriously? Yes, if you calculate this figure using this fact.
Does it mean that, therefore, only this one person in IJC will take his/her academic studies seriously? Yes.
Does it mean that, out of the 700++ people in IJC, only around 90++ people take their academic studies seriously? Yes.
Oh, really?
So does it mean that me, being No. 2 in the whole of IJC mean that I am just shit as compared to the whole of Singapore, because I only, in fact, competed with 90++ students in IJC to get into the 10 positions on the accolades? Yes.
Does it mean that those hundreds of muggers in IJC who failed their Promos and are in the danger of being retained actually deserve it, because their didn't take their academics seriously? Yes.
Does it mean that they have no reason to use "I spent too much time on my CCA" as an excuse for their poor grades? Yes.
Does it mean that our school will never make it big, because only 90++ of IJC students take their academic studies seriously? Yes.
Does it mean that whatever happens in our A-Levels, have nothing to do with the staff of IJC, including the cleaners, the hawkers, the bookshops aunties, the teachers, the tutors, the lecturers, the admin staff, and even the vice-principal and the principal isn't at fault? Yes.
Shit la.
